Understanding the importance of technology as part of a well-rounded educational experience, we immerse our students in the purposeful use of technology to support 21st century literacies in all curricular areas. Our classrooms are all equipped with interactive SMARTboards and our teachers use tablets, laptops, and iPads to enhance teaching and learning. Students have access to computer carts in the classroom. We also have a 3D printer available for use.
Our students also use iPads to enhance their learning in the classrooms. All students will be experimenting with robots in the classroom called Dot and Dash among others. While coding and robotics is meaningfully integrated into the curriculum as part of our STREAM programming, students will also engage in a special class each week dedicated to this important fluency as well.
We use Seesaw and Google Workspace in our classrooms as our primary learning platforms among many other engaging tools to support and extend our students' learning.
